At ZMT, we offer a varied portfolio of residential units across the country with one thing in common - we take pride in what we offer. When we are sourcing new units, we focus on trying to find places that are built well, feel like a home and make every effort to improve where we can.
We also like to foster good community spirit around the properties we manage, because Home means a lot more than the place you live. In this spirit, we are a people led property company and we like to build good working relationships with all of our residential tenants.
We also look to improve the energy performance of buildings where we can in order to reduce both the cost of utilities to our tenants, as well as reduce our impact on the environment. Always with one eye on emerging technologies and the efficiencies of the appliances we use, it's important that we make the right choices where possible.
Challenge
With the current property and rental market in a state of scarcity, there is an unprecedented difficulty faced by a lot of people. With this in mind, we try to process as many applications for property rentals as we can and to give as many people as possible a fair shot.
